On the other side, Empoli, after knocking Napoli out of the title fight, beating them 3-2, in the last round they lost at home to Torino, Juric’s team beating them 1-3.
In their last 9 Serie A away games, Empoli have failed to win, and I believe that they will not be able to stop Inter in this next game either. However, the fact that Inter have the Coppa Italia final against Juventus next midweek makes me think that Inzaghi and his players won’t force a high-scoring win, which is why I’m going to bet on a score Under 2.5, as I have in 6 of Empoli’s last 7 Serie A away games.
