Cameroon – Comoros Free Betting Tips

Cameroon wants the sixth trophy of the Africa Cup of Nations. It was last imposed in 2017, and now it is evolving from the position of host. Winning the trophy in 2022 would be an impetus for the “untamed lions” to qualify for the World Cup in Qatar, which will take place in December this year.

Cameroon started with a victory over Burkina Faso, who led 1-0. Aboubakar scored twice from the lime point and made the match end 2-1 for the national “untamed lions”.

The second game also took place in Yaounde, an easy 4-1 victory over Ethiopia. Two goals scored by Aboubakar and Toko Ekambi each. The “untamed lions” were already qualified, before the match against the Cape Verde national team, which would end in a draw, 1-1. Cameroon’s goal? Aboubakar.

The Comoros began the final tournament as a “Cinderella” of Group C, which also included Morocco, Gabon and Ghana. The chances were almost nil, especially after the first two games were lost. Defeats with 0-1 against Gabon, respectively 0-2 against Morocco. Then came the game with Ghana, in which the “black stars” were doomed to win to avoid a shameful elimination.

El Fardou Ben opened the scoring in the 4th minute, and in the middle of the first half Andre Ayew left his team in numerical inferiority. Comoros made it 2-0 in the 62nd minute through Mogni, but was leveled by a quarter of an hour. With 85 minutes played, Comoros put themselves up 0 – 3 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder.

Mogni, the author of the “double” qualification, plays in the 3rd league in France, in Annecy. He is struggling to promote in Ligue 2.
